Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Salon Vivace has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us 48 hours' notice so we can make the time available to other clients. Failure to show up for/or reschedule an appointment within that time frame will result in a charge of 50% to your card on file. If a client has a history of two or more no-shows or cancellations, the client may be subject to paying the full-service price to schedule.

To book a service at Salon Vivace, we require a card on file to hold your desired service and appointment time.
Cancellation/ Credit Card Policy:
Canceling Scheduled appointment 24 hrs before- Client is not charged.
No call, no show- is a charge of 100% of the scheduled service price.
Canceling scheduled appointment(s) 24 hours within the service- charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
Rescheduling within 24 hours—The client is rescheduled with 50% of the scheduled service amount, which is applied to the next service.
As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you cannot make your scheduled appointment. We’ll be happy to rebook it for you!
